Dec. 21--The family of a man who died last year after guards found him unconscious in an Allen County Lockup cell filed a wrongful-death lawsuit in U.S. District Court on Wednesday. Brandon Wade, 41, died at Lutheran Hospital June 14, 2005. Guards found him unconscious the morning of June 13 and called an ambulance, but the suit alleges an ambulance should've been called sooner.
